1. General terms of use of the Internet resource
1.1. The owner of this Internet resource is the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Book Chamber).
1.2. The user of the Internet resource is a Publishing house, author or other copyright holder who receives access to the Internet resource (hereinafter referred to as the User) to participate in the State Program "Publication and Distribution of socially significant literature".
1.3. Using the digitallibrary Internet resource.kz, the User (Author, publisher) agrees to the legally binding fulfillment of the following conditions, which come into force immediately upon registration on the Internet resource digitallibrary.kz .
1.4. This Agreement in whole or in part may be amended by the Book Chamber at any time, without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Internet resource.
2. Conditions for the placement of materials on the Internet resource digitallibrary.kz .
2.1. The User is registered on the Internet resource to post his materials
digitallibrary.kz 2.2. The registered author is the person who has given consent to the placement by the authorized body of the work submitted by him on the Internet resource (in the absence of such consent in the copyright agreement);
3. Terms of use of materials posted on the Internet resource
3.1. The use of photo and video materials of the Book Chamber (Website), including copying, distribution or publication, must necessarily be accompanied by the Website logo and a link to the Website as the primary source of information (it is forbidden to crop and erase the logo on the photo and video materials of the Website). The use of news messages is prohibited if it contains the appropriate mark "Use is prohibited".
3.2. The distribution of a news message posted on the Website is allowed only after its presentation in a different edition (rewrite). At the same time, a hyperlink to the source material and the wording "informs digitallibrary.kz ", which are placed in the first paragraph of the distributed material;
3.3. In case of obtaining written permission from the Book Chamber to use infographics, photos, videos and audio materials posted on the Site, any editing of these materials is prohibited. If you have any complaints, please contact the administrators or moderators of the site.
